This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use ShortsToAll, why we collect it, and your choices. We design the product to publish on your behalf — that requires careful handling of account and media data.
2. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, auth provider), connected social account metadata, encrypted OAuth tokens, uploaded videos and generated captions, job logs (success/failure), and basic usage analytics needed to run the product.
3. How we use data
To authenticate you, store and process media, generate SEO copy, publish to platforms you choose, schedule posts, bill subscriptions, improve reliability, and communicate product updates.
4. Third parties
We rely on infrastructure and APIs such as cloud storage, queue workers, AI providers (transcription/LLM), and social platforms (Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and others). Their privacy policies also apply to data they process.
5. Tokens & security
Access and refresh tokens for social accounts are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect accounts at any time. Demo sign-in stores a local browser session only and should not be used for production credentials.
6. Retention
We keep media and logs as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated content subject to backup and legal retention limits.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. Contact hello@shortstoall.com to exercise these rights.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Updates
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
