Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By accessing ShortsToAll (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ShortsToAll helps you upload short-form video, generate platform-specific captions, and distribute content to connected social accounts. Features may be in beta; availability can change as we ship the roadmap.
3. Accounts & authentication
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping OAuth-connected social accounts secure. You must have the right to publish to any channel you connect. Demo/local sign-in is for evaluation only and is not a substitute for production OAuth.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of videos and copy you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, transcode, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and publish on your behalf to platforms you select.
5. Platform rules
You must comply with YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other third-party terms. We are not liable for takedowns, quota limits, or API changes imposed by those platforms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; abuse rate limits; reverse engineer the Service; or attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or tokens.
7. Billing
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) will be billed via Stripe when enabled. Fees are listed on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Unused AI minutes do not roll over unless a plan explicitly says so.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing, perfect SEO outcomes, or platform algorithm performance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShortsToAll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or third-party platform outages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions: hello@shortstoall.com.
