TikTok in this workspace allows up to 3 minutes. A file cut for YouTube Shorts, under 60 seconds, still belongs here. You do not export a second master unless the framing is wrong.
The caption should sound like something you would say. A couple of topic tags are enough. A block of thirty hashtags, or a caption copied from Reels, reads like a cross-post that was not rewritten.
The phone preview shows the buttons
The TikTok column plays the video inside that app’s chrome: right-side buttons and a caption at the bottom. If your burned-in title sits in those bands, move it in the studio before you publish.
